Time Delay
Open the widget after the visitor has been on the page for a set number of seconds. Catch them when they are engaged, not the moment they land.
Idle Detection
Detect when the visitor stops interacting — no mouse movement, no scrolling. Open the widget and offer help before they leave out of frustration.
Scroll Depth
Trigger when the visitor scrolls to a specific percentage of the page. Reach them exactly when they've read enough to be interested.
Exit Intent
Detect when the visitor moves their cursor toward the browser's close button or address bar. One last chance to answer a question before they go.

- Time delay — set seconds before trigger fires
- Idle timeout — set seconds of inactivity before trigger fires
- Scroll depth — set percentage of page scroll (e.g. 50%)
- Exit intent — enable / disable
- URL rules — include or exclude specific pages using wildcard patterns (e.g. /pricing, /products/*)
- One-shot — triggers fire once per session, never repeat
- Multiple triggers — combine any of the above. Whichever fires first opens the widget.
